Fayose goes tough, Sues EFCC and Zenith Bank

Case filed on behalf of Gov Fayose by Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN) against the EFCC and Zenith Bank over the freezing of his accounts started today at the Federal High Court, Ado Ekiti.

The Court ordered that the EFCC and Zenith Bank should appear in court on July 4 to show cause why the Gov Fayose’s demands on the illegal freezing of his accounts should not be granted.
