Exposed! Buruji is working for a southwest APC leader, out to 'kill' Alimodu Sheriff politically, PDP Positive Force alleges

Core politicians from the Northern part of the country as well as other key PDP leaders have been advised to appeal to Senator Ali Modu Sherrif to stop being 'pushed' around by Senator Buruji. This decision was arrived at after the 'Strategic Revival of the PDP' meeting held by the North Central zone of the PDP Positive Force in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The spokesman of the group, Alhaji Abubakar Mohammed spoke that their findings confirmed that the Ogun State born politician has only find a 'partner' in Senator Sherrif to constantly heat the polity within the party. They opined that questions should be asked why the crises in the PDP has lingered on this long. "What benefit is the crises within the PDP to both Senators Sherrif and Buruji"?

"Do they consider that indeed, if we are desirous of winning the 2019 Presidential elections, we must be working towards fine-tuning our plans in Edo and Ondo States on how the elections are going to be won? Does our amiable and well respected leader- Senator Sherrif understand the gravity of these acts"?

They also confirmed that there are verifiable proofs to show that indeed, Senator Buruji is working for an APC SW leader. "Senator Buruji is indeed a 'shrewd business man' who's just trading and making good money now via all these orchestrated crises within the PDP". He's a tactical man that's always getting keyed into every government in power".

The group also called on all PDP stakeholders to stop this ego war and start working as a party that's ready to 'change the change'. "Enough of all these intra-party wars! Our energies must be channelled towards correcting errors made in the past".

The group also accused the APC led government of fighting a sectional corruption war to ensure opposition voices are killed. This they claim is not ideal for the growth of democracy. They also want President Buhari to consider other ethnic groups for appointment instead of this funny concentration to just the northern part. This they claim is not fair to other ethnic groups.

The National body of the group also cautioned elected party members from being intimidated by 'traders' within the party. "We have information that there's a grand plan to start intimidating our elected party members with injunctions and also, the possibility of most of them loosing their seats. It's a white lie from the pit of hell that must not be given any attention.

The stakeholders of the group from all the geo-political zones are meeting in Ogun State in a yet to be announced date.

Mrs. Omolayo, who was warmly received with an Ọ̀wọ̀ song by jubilant party members, expressed appreciation to her ward for the support they gave her when she initially declared her intention to contest for governor. She explained that her decision to step down for Governor Oyebanji was informed by his wide acceptability across the state, sterling performances in office, and commitment to Ekiti’s growth and development, which she described as derivatives of continuity. While addressing the crowd, Mrs. Omolayo urged party members in Eporo Ward...

…As APC Spokesperson Reiterates Official Candidate List Ahead of Publication The APC Integrity Caucus has moved to dismiss what it describes as a reckless and senseless rumour being circulated by a few individuals posing as party members. The gossip, they said, claims that the party “does not intend to submit” the name of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). In a statement released on Thursday, November 14, 2025, the caucus said such claims are baseless and should be ignored by every well-meaning member of the public. “Since the successful conduct of our governorship primary on October 27 and the ratification by authorised delegates on October 29, some mischief makers have been whispering that the party will not submit Governor Oyebanji’s name to INEC. This is completely false,” the statement read. The caucus emphasized that the APC operates according to a clearly defined timetable, which specifies the dates for submissio...
